Sr. Executive FP&A

As a part of this role, you will collaborate with Business Unit heads to prepare the Annual Operating Plan and departmental budgets. You will be responsible for managing monthly and quarterly financial reporting to management, analyzing financial performance, and identifying variances against the Annual Operating Plan. Your role will include providing detailed analysis of financial results, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for senior management and stakeholders. You will also be involved in preparing and presenting Monthly MIS reports to senior management. Additionally, you will facilitate Monthly Project Review meetings, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight. You will be responsible for developing and issuing KPIs to Business leaders and measuring quarterly performance against these KPIs.
