Sr. Executive/ Executive - Retail

You are a motivated Sales Executive joining the retail team in Bangalore, specializing in construction chemicals. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales and promote a range of construction chemical products to retail customers. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of construction materials, excellent sales skills, and the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell construction chemical products to retail customers within Bangalore. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet growth targets. - Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the retail sector. - Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to customers when necessary. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements to sales strategies. - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as needed. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Sales Executive in the construction chemicals industry, especially in retail sales. - Technical knowledge of construction materials and chemicals is highly preferred. - Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively persuade and influence others. - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Ability to travel within Bangalore and occasionally outside the city as required. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field preferred with at least 1-2 years of experience.
