Sr. Executive Electrical Audits

As a Senior Executive in Electrical Audits, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive electrical audits for various industries in Chennai. With a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience, including design, installation, testing, commissioning, and auditing of electrical systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring electrical safety and compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting electrical audits for all types of electrical installations, carrying out electrical inspections such as PAT tests, Megger tests, Thermography, leakage current tests, voltage and current measurements, and arc flash analysis. You should have a strong understanding of Indian and International Electricity Rules and Regulations and be able to read and construct single-line diagrams for complex electrical systems. Additionally, you will be expected to identify electrical hazards, propose solutions, ensure compliance with national and state legislation, and recommend international best practices for implementation. Your role will involve reviewing electrical installations, inspecting electrical panels, cabling, wiring systems, earthing and grounding, electrical equipment, lightning protection systems, transformers, DG set safety, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include creating scopes of work for electrical audits, conducting electrical safety audits as per the agreed scope, and compiling audit reports within the designated timeframe. To excel in this role, you should hold a valid Electrical Supervisors License or NEBOSH IGC and possess an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety & Lead/Internal Auditor for ISO 45001/14001.
