Core Responsibilities

Cost Audit - maintain cost records & getting audited with minimum observation
Annual Budget - Validation of sale / purchase price BOM, Routing.
Validation of Material cost. CAPEX Validation - new project CAPEX review & validation based on techinal & financial parameters.
Plant costing (PPRM) - product level costing and Identification of loss making items & suggest actionable items for improvements.
Identify areas for digitization and drive proactive work in these areas to improve productivity. Identification of gap areas between customer costing vs actual costing and suggest actionable items
Effectively work out correct pricing/provisions of vendor and customer for price increase/decrease
