Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive – Billing with strong knowledge of US healthcare charge entry and claim submission processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform charge entry, claim creation, and submission for multiple specialties.
• Review patient demographics, CPT, ICD, and insurance details for accuracy.
• Handle rejections, clearinghouse edits, and billing-related discrepancies.
• Work on RCM platforms such as Tebra, Availity, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, and similar tools.
• Collaborate with QA and AR teams to ensure clean claims and timely submissions.
• Maintain daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.
• 2–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Billing within an RCM or healthcare BPO company.
• Strong understanding of charge entry, claim submission, and payer rules.
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to work night shift from the Ahmedabad office.
