Sr. Executive (Airline Reservation)

Kerala Travels, a well-established premier Travel and Tourism firm, is seeking Airline Reservation Executives with a minimum of 2 years of experience for their office in Trivandrum. As an Airline Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for managing flight bookings and reservations for passengers. Your duties will include liaising with customers to assist them in booking flights, making changes to existing bookings, and addressing any queries they may have. You must possess knowledge about flight schedules, fares, and regulations, and be proficient in using reservation systems to efficiently manage bookings. Additionally, you may need to handle customer complaints and facilitate check-in procedures at the airport to ensure passengers have a seamless travel experience. Familiarity with Galileo will be considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Explain various flight options and assist customers in making informed decisions - Make, change, and cancel flight reservations - Keep customers informed about any changes to their reservations - Ensure accurate entry of customer information into the airline reservation system - Provide excellent customer service at all times The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a good understanding of airline reservation systems. Candidates with prior experience or fresh graduates holding IATA certification are encouraged to apply. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Airline Ticketing - IATA Certification This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
