SR Executive - Accounts (ONLY For MALES)

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing vendor account reconciliations, ensuring timely follow-ups on open items, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with SAP, TDS, and GST reconciliation. They will also support audit processes and contribute to financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bring forward

  open reconciliation line items

  from vendor accounts
• Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to collect:

• Credit Notes (CN)

• Debit Notes (DN)

• Purchase Returns Notes (PRN)

• Purchase Proof of Delivery (POD) copies

• GST

• TDS

• Entries rectification

• Ensure accurate accounting of collected documents in

  SAP

• Perform

  TDS and GST reconciliation

  in line with statutory requirements
• Maintain vendor ledgers and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Prepare and present reconciliation summaries and reports to management
• Support

  internal and external audits

  with relevant documentation
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline reconciliation workflows
• Recommend process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable and vendor reconciliation

• Advanced Excel proficiency

  (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, conditional formatting)
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP

  or similar ERP systems
• Strong understanding of

  TDS and GST

  compliance and reconciliation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated reconciliation tools
• Familiarity with procurement and payment workflows
• Exposure to audit documentation and compliance standards
