Job Responsibilities:

  1. BD, Marketing & Sales

  • Identifying and finalizing potential partners/ CMO/ Out licensing model market based followed by CDA & the main agreement
  • Finalize products for registrations
  • Prepare business plan including target prices and yearly sales quantities
  • Prepare annual sales & expense budget, territory wise & thus establish the profit / loss scenario.
  • Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the agency & / or sales team.
  • Promoting the organization and products; Expanding foot-print of the company in the territory
  • Impart training & / Or knowledge of the products to the targeted audience.
  1. Potential client identification & business collaboration

Lead Generation:

  • Approach new customers - send introduction and business inquiries
  • Identify potential client by reviewing IMS/ LinkedIn/Exim data for assigned territory of ASIA countries
  • Prepare customer specific target molecules by analyzing their current portfolio and past interested projects
  • Regular follow up to ensure response
  • Client relationship management to ensure current and future business opportunities

Lead Management:

  • Sending cost request to finance based on forecast
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders for required inputs.
  • Share commercial proposal to customer
  • Negotiation with customer on prices and other terms of the proposal
  1. Market intelligence and data analysis

  • Study IMS/EXIM data and generate market potential summary for selected/new products by SBU head - reg market
  • Market Analysis
  • Keep a track of MA of our inhouse products for specific territories to get idea of covered customers
  • Keep updates on market trends, molecule specific news
  • Analysis IMS, Exim data for molecule trends
