Job Description

Leading US based Healthcare company requires Senior executive ( Retail operations)- Bangalore ( Infantry road)

( 6 days week, wednesday will be fixed off)

We are seeking a highly qualified and detail oriented professional to manage and oversee our finance and compliance operations.

We are looking out for Sr Executive- Retail Operations for our client office in Bnagalore @Infantry road.

PFB THE JD AND DETAILS-

Reporting to - Head-Operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Smooth Operation of RDO:
o Provide timely and accurate responses to queries from (FBO), and HO Ensuring smooth daily operations. o Coordinate efficiently with the Head Office (HO), team members, and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.

2. Resource Optimization:

o Optimize the use of available resources, (Ex: equipment, manpower), to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

3. Communication and Supervision:

o Monitor and handle company communications via Outlook, ensuring that emails are managed promptly. o Oversee office maintenance including various assets and notice board, ensuring it is maintained and notice board is updated regularly with the latest company updates and information.

o Communicate relevant updates and information to the team members promptly.

4. Team Support and Flexibility:

o Take on additional responsibilities during the absence of other team members, ensuring no disruption in the workflow or operations.

o Be proactive in identifying areas where support is needed and step in to maintain team functionality.

5. Manage Billing and Invoices at the Counter.

6. Liasoning with Internal and External Stakeholders.

7. Ensure accurate monitoring of cash transactions at the RDO, maintaining proper records.

8. Handle petty cash operations, ensuring proper tracking and documentation of expenses.

9. Oversee the dispatch of products to FBOs, coordinating with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.

10. Ensure the RDO is well-organized, neat and clean at all times, creating a positive work environment.
