About the Role
• Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing log analysis like OpenSearch, Application Performance Management (APM) Tools like AppD
• Developer tools and popular Browser Plug-ins to troubleshoot UI issues.
• Experience in Analyzing metrics & building visualizations and Dashboards for various Functional & Technical KPIs
• Demonstrable history of full cycle of production support of Issue triage, Incident & Problem management
• Ability to lead a technical team of interdisciplinary peers toward issue resolution.
• Strong organizational skillset and ability to track multiple issues to resolution.
• Ability to test/replicate reported issues and debug with advanced problem-solving skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Competencies:
• Experience in UI/UX front-end software development
• Production support experience with monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience in UI frameworks/Libraries like VueJs, Angular, React etc.
• Decent understanding of NodeJs APIs development.
•Java/J2EE knowledge with e-commerce we b applications is preferred.
• Familiarity in multi-tier web architecture and UI design.
• Experience in utilizing (or designing) REST APIs.
• Experience with version control (git/svn), and continuous integration tools
• Knowledgeable in web best practices (e.g., browser capabilities, unit, and integra/on testing)
• Good communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with setting up Monitoring & Alerting any one of the tools.
