As a PLM Tool Development Specialist, your role will involve understanding the processes and deliveries of PLM teams to propose ideas for developing new PLM tools. You will work closely with IS development teams, providing them with technical inputs for tool development. Your responsibilities will include managing the deployment of PLM tools across the organization and coordinating with training, support, and IS teams. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the PLM process behind each activity of the team. - Identify gaps in the current process and propose new ideas for tool development. - Create business models for tool development. - Coordinate with corporate and RNTBCI for technical information sharing. - Collaborate with RNTBCI IS team, providing technical inputs for tool development. - Test each delivery of tool development and provide test feedback. - Prepare deployment and validation plans. - Coordinate with training teams for the deployment of new tools. - Collect feedback from users, validate with corporate for tool enhancement. - Continuously monitor the tool deployment status and update corporate on the status. - Ensure PLM tools are deployed across the organization and provide support to users on queries.
