As a PLM Tool Development Specialist, your role involves understanding the processes and deliveries of PLM teams to propose ideas for developing new PLM tools. You will collaborate closely with IS development teams to provide them with technical inputs for tool development. Your primary responsibilities include: - Understanding the PLM process behind each team activity. - Identifying gaps in the current process. - Creating and proposing new ideas for tool development. - Developing business models for tool development. - Coordinating technical information sharing between corporate and RNTBCI. - Collaborating with RNTBCI IS team and sharing technical inputs for tool development. - Testing each delivery of tool development and providing test feedback. - Preparing deployment and validation plans. - Coordinating with training teams for the deployment of new tools. - Collecting user feedback and validating it with corporate for tool enhancement. - Continuously monitoring the tool deployment status and updating the status with corporate. Additionally, your role involves ensuring that PLM tools are successfully deployed across the organization and supporting users with any queries they may have.,
