Sr. Engineer-Technical Illustrator

As an individual contributor in the role of Technical Publications, you will be responsible for supporting Kitchen & Bath Technical Publications projects. You will report to the Manager, Technical Publications and work independently with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in illustration tools such as Isodraw and Adobe Illustrator, database tools like SAP, Windchill, Power BI, and software tools like Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. - Execute projects independently and work with customers in a self-driven manner, interpreting inputs and delivery requirements effectively. - Maintain project data, determine cost and timing parameters, and provide status updates. - Complete assignments within standard project timelines by reusing existing standard work. - Follow best practices at Kohler and undertake any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned. Qualification Requirements: - Bachelors degree in mechanical / Automobile/Production engineering from a reputed university. - Good knowledge of Engineering drawing, Written and verbal communication skills. - Understanding of grammar and engineering fundamentals. Experience Requirements: - Experience with Isodraw is REQUIRED. - Bachelor of Engineering degree with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience. - Effective interaction with customers to understand requirements and independently deliver projects. - Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.,
