Sr. Engineer-Technical Illustrator

As a Technical Publications Specialist at our company, you will be reporting to the Manager of Technical Publications and providing support for Kitchen & Bath Technical Publications projects. This role requires you to collaborate independently with internal stakeholders, making it an individual contributor position. Your responsibilities will include: - Proficiency in various software tools essential for basic job functions and the adoption of best practices in Technical Publications such as: - Illustration tools like Isodraw and Adobe Illustrator - Database tools including SAP, Windchill, Power BI - Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint - Content Management System - Independently executing projects by working closely with customers, interpreting inputs and delivery requirements effectively - Managing project data, including cost and timing parameters, as well as maintaining project status notes - Completing assignments within standard project timelines using established procedures - Executing projects by leveraging existing standard work and adhering to best practices at Kohler - Performing any other assigned responsibilities and tasks Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering from a reputable college or university - Proficiency in Engineering drawing, written and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of grammar and engineering fundamentals Experience Requirements: - Prior experience with Isodraw is a must - Bachelor of Engineering degree with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience - Ability to effectively engage with customers to comprehend requirements and independently deliver projects meeting expectations - Profound knowledge of engineering fundamentals and the capability to interpret engineering drawings - Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and analytical skills Join us and contribute to our Technical Publications projects by leveraging your expertise and skills to drive successful outcomes independently.,
