Sr. Engineer - Quality

As a Mechanical/Plastic Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience, your role will primarily involve investigating non-conformances and consumer complaints, leading the completion of root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. You will be responsible for monitoring progress and improvements while also driving continuous improvement on quality standards, requirements, and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Investigating non-conformances and consumer complaints - Leading completion of root cause analysis - Implementing corrective actions - Monitoring progress and improvements - Driving continuous improvement on quality standards, requirements, and best practices To excel in this role, you are required to have: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering - Good computer skills - Good communication skills - Knowledge of QC tools - Familiarity with Kaizen principles This is a full-time position located near Vadodara. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 3.00 to 4.00 Lacks P/A, you will also be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is day shift based, and the work location is in person.
