Sr. Engineer - Quality

Role Overview: You will be responsible for investigating non-conformances and consumer complaints, leading the completion of root cause analysis. Additionally, you will be required to implement corrective actions and monitor progress and improvements. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement on quality standards, requirements, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate non-conformances and consumer complaints - Lead root cause analysis - Implement corrective actions - Monitor progress and improvements - Drive continuous improvement on quality standards, requirements, and best practices Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Plastic - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience - Good computer skills - Good communication skills - Knowledge of QC tools - Experience with Kaizen *Please Note:* The company offers Provident Fund as a benefit.
