Sr Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be part of a leading technology innovator that creates cutting-edge products to meet and exceed customer needs. You will collaborate with various teams to design system-level software solutions and ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, modifying, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs. You will also participate in coding, testing, debugging, and integration efforts to ensure projects are completed to specifications and schedules. Additionally, you will write technical documentation for software projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply software knowledge and experience to design and develop software solutions - Analyze user needs and software requirements to customize software for operational efficiency - Design and implement software modules for products and systems - Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and integration efforts - Perform code reviews, regression tests, and issue triages - Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives - Write technical documentation for software projects **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or PhD in a related field - 2+ years of experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. - Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field, 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, 2+ years of experience with Database Management Software, 2+ years of experience with API, 1+ year of experience with Git, Perforce, or Source Code Management System As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm, you will work under supervision with the potential to affect work beyond your immediate group.
