Sr. Engineer Plant & Mach

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the inspection, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of equipment as per site requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Inspecting and commissioning equipment based on site requirements. - Operating and maintaining the equipment fleet effectively. - Performing periodic, scheduled, and repair maintenance tasks. - Creating maintenance activity lists and ensuring timely completion of all activities. - Planning inventory and maximizing equipment availability. - Providing technical training to O&M agencies crew and equipment users. - Coordinating with users to ensure smooth equipment functionality. - Resolving any operation and maintenance-related issues in coordination with users. - Adhering to all safety procedures during P&M operations. - Documenting and implementing maintenance checklists for all P&M equipment. - Performing any other duties as assigned. Education Requirement: - B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience Requirement: - Necessary: More than 6 years of experience for B.E and 9 years for Diploma engineers in Operations and Maintenance of Construction Equipment - Desirable: Work experience in large Construction/Contracting Companies in the same capacity, preferably in the Oil & Gas and heavy industry/basic industry sectors Skills & Competencies: - Technical expertise in handling P&M technical matters including Operations, Maintenance, and Spare Parts Management - Ability to manage manpower for Operation and Maintenance of equipment on-site - Knowledge of Safety and Quality Policies - Proficiency in equipment maintenance scheduling and spares management - Strong verbal and written communication skills for contractual communication - Familiarity with SAP and MS-Office applications Please note that this role requires a strong technical background in equipment operations and maintenance, as well as effective communication and organizational skills.,
