Sr. Engineer MPC Inspection- Jamnagar

As an Engineer Projects at our organization, you will be responsible for scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing all technical activities to ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines, budgets, and in adherence to RIL project management standards. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Adhering to relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent and controlled work practices. - Staying updated with industry-leading practices and trends to contribute to continuous improvement of systems and procedures. - Leading project execution by organizing and controlling project elements based on performance standards and product design. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for project-related activities and ensuring smooth implementation. - Monitoring compliance with codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and specifications. - Ensuring timely completion of projects within approved budgets and maintaining project quality. - Cooperating with project managers and other participants to drive efficient project methods and maintain profitability. - Preparing and maintaining all IMS documents as required and adhering to statutory and regulatory compliances. Success in this role will be measured by adherence to project timelines, documentation accuracy, budget adherence, and the percentage of successful projects. Key interactions for this role will include internal teams such as Production, Quality, Audit, and Supply Chain, as well as external interactions with Vendors and Consultants. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma degree in Engineering with 3-7 years of experience in plant maintenance or project execution. Functional competencies required include project management, project documentation, knowledge of mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation systems, as well as familiarity with various codes and standards and health & safety practices.
