Sr Engineer -Mechanical

1.Responsible for FEED,Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering construction and commissioning activities related to Green Field Alumina Refinery Project.

2.Responsible for review of complete Mechanical System Design Basis, Technical Specifications, Sizing Calculations,selection of equipments, Layouts, RFQ, Contract / Tender documents, BOQ, and all other deliverables.
3.Oversee Engineering Design Calculation from both internal and external consulting engineers adhering compliance to all local and international codes and guidelines. 4.Work Deligently with cross functional teams-Basic engineering,FEED, Detail Engineering, Man-power allocation. 5.Review the technical tender documents to ensure the calculations and technical specifics in the tender documents are in accordance with the provisions. 6.Prepare technical Bid analysis for proposed mechanical systems and components. 7.Work closely with Contractors, Consultants and service providers and co-ordinate the workflow time to time. 8.Develop and implement mechanical project execution plans.Co-ordinate with project managers,engineers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. 9.Provide technical expertise in mechanical engineering, particularly in refinery process and equipment. 10.Conduct HAZOP & HAZIP studies. 11.Project Progress monitoring and initiate necessary actions to meet the project completion schedules in coordination with other disciplines. Maintain an overview over the entire technical delivery ensuring that all scope is appropriately covered and that all parties clearly understand their requirements and their interfaces with others. 12.Participate in daily, weekly, monthly meeting with project team & EPC/LSTK consultant/ vendor for the project progress work. 13.Responsible for manpower, material,machineries etc. are available on time, resolve issues with contractors / Consultant .
