Following the prevent maintenance as per annual planAnalyzing the previous history of equipment before taking it for PM.Doing manual inspection of machine & equipment as per the Preventive Maintenance check sheet on daily & weekly basis.Restoring the defective parts & removing the abnormalities & taking corrective measures proactively.Taking trail of equipment to ensure normal functioning of the equipment & handing over to productionFollowing and updating TBM calendarInspect the machine equipments spare parts from time to time as per TBM calendarVerifying the equipment and spare part as per shelf life to analysis its conditionDoing condition-based maintenance to increase the life of the equipment & continuous monitoring the equipment.Maintaining predictive maintenance/activity reportConducting quarterly preventive maintenance to avoid future breakdown3.
