Sr. Engineer Maintenance

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 6-8 years in Chemical/Specialty chemical manufacturing, you will be responsible for the Engineering & Maintenance of the plant which includes Mechanical, Projects, and utilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning & Scheduling Preventative and Predictive Maintenance. - Preparation of calibration plan and statutory testing plan as per requirement. - Monitoring and ensuring 100% Compliance to Statutory testing & EHS requirements in the Engineering & Maintenance area. - Conducting Breakdown Maintenance, Root cause analysis, and CAPA Implementation. - Managing Spare Part, Ordering & Spares Inventory Control. Reviewing critical Spares & ensuring availability of critical Spares at all times. - Coordinating with vendors, AMC Service providers for timely execution of work. - Providing leadership to Maintenance personnel including Engineers & technicians. - Preparing Monthly reports, KPIS, utility reports, etc. - Having knowledge of Plant & Utility Equipment. - Execution of projects. - Implementing Kaizens & Improvements suggested by the CFT team. Qualification/Experience required: - Degree in Mechanical Skills required: mechanical, breakdown maintenance, CAPA implementation, preventative & predictive maintenance.
