Senior Engineer - Information Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop projects within the Information Solutions scope, including

  SCADA, reporting, IoT, and data analytics

  .
• Manage all aspects of technical project execution, including budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Interface with clients to define and manage the scope of complex projects.
• Design control and SCADA systems, including databases, data analytics reporting, scripting (

  VB, Python, etc.

  ), and general programming.
• Create project development and commissioning plans by understanding technical and operational constraints.
• Work as an individual or in a team with other software engineers and engineering disciplines.
• Perform on-site startup of systems you have designed.
• Manage multiple scopes of work in various phases simultaneously.
• Communicate with client stakeholders to understand scopes of work and deliverables.
• Program hardware/software integration and systems diagnostics for machine-based control systems.
• Collaborate with sales personnel, customers, and other departments to develop engineering and functional system specifications.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive program documentation.
• Act as a liaison to production assembly, service, and engineering personnel.

Skills Required:

• Strong fluency in at least two of the following

  SCADA platforms: Ignition, Rockwell, Wonderware, or GE

  .
• Strong

  SQL skills

  are a plus.
• Experience in

  VMware, Hyper-V (virtualization tools), Cloud (Amazon, Google, Azure), IoT edge, and Linux OS

  .
• Hands-on experience in designing control/SCADA systems, including databases and data analytics reporting.
• Familiarity with

  Rockwell (ControlLogix, PLC5, SLC500) and Siemens PLCs

  , and PanelView HMIs is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to simultaneously organize and successfully execute multiple project responsibilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Contractor and construction management skills are a plus.

• Ignition Certification

  is preferred.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Communication Engineering, or Instrumentation and Controls Engineering, or equivalent experience.
