Join our Team About This Opportunity As a Senior Technical Engineer specializing in Zabbix, you will play a crucial role in managing Zabbix Enterprise monitoring tools and the Grafana dashboard, in addition to scripting. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure provisioning for both customers and internal use. You will be tasked with capturing requirements and designing Zabbix monitoring solutions for new architectures, enhancing existing implementations, and integrating systems. Implementing configuration management based on the product owner's requirements and customer feedback will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing continuous integration and deployment solutions, overseeing customer and internal environments, and collaborating with the security team to ensure compliance. In your capacity as a Senior Technical Engineer, you will troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, implementing remediation measures as needed. Researching optimization possibilities in terms of cost-efficiency and performance will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain custom scripts to enhance monitoring capabilities. Keeping the Zabbix version up to date and performing regular health checks and system audits to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of the monitoring environment will also be your responsibilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, integration, security, and QA to detail the architecture and ensure seamless operations will be essential. To be successful in this role, you should have a total of 7-8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience specifically with Zabbix and APM tools, Elk, Jenkins, Grafana, and various applications such as Webservers, Mail Servers, DNS Servers, and Database Servers. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl is required. Experience with database engines like MariaDB, MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, Rest API, and Zabbix certification (Zabbix Certified Professional) would be advantageous. Your expertise in these areas will enable you to excel in this challenging and dynamic role.
