Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing customer queries and operations in this operational role. You may seek appropriate guidance to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. Your main responsibilities will include taking ownership of customer issues, solving problems, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions for system/application issues.
