Desired Candidate Profile:

• BE Civil Degree/ Master degree with a focus on Methods Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in methods engineering or related discipline, demonstrating a strong track record of successful projects.
• Candidates having GCC region experience are preferred for familiarity with local market conditions.
• Proficient in engineering software tools and simulation packages to enhance process design and analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize advanced methodologies for engineering processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in product development.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovative engineering solutions that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports on methodology performance, providing clear insights for senior management.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making and improve engineering practices across projects.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to elevate team skills in new methodologies and engineering techniques.
• Serve as a technical advisor during project execution, troubleshooting methodology-related issues and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to transition theoretical models into practical applications, bridging the gap between concepts and execution.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with project teams to create tailored project execution plans, addressing unique challenges and requirements
• Research emerging trends in civil engineering methodologies and assess their applicability to enhance project outcomes.
