Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in motors, control panels, and electrical equipment.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Operate, configure, and troubleshoot VFDs (AC Drives) for motor speed control up to 100kV.
Oversee electrical support for utility systems such as compressors, chillers, DG sets, and solar power systems.
Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion mixers and related production equipment.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical and utility systems.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.
Strong troubleshooting skills in PLC systems and AC drives up to 100kV.
Working knowledge of utility systems including compressors, DG, chillers, solar power, and extrusion equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Basic understanding of automation and control systems.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
