About The Role

Buffalo Extraction Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing initiatives and support its growth trajectory. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in managing digital channels, optimizing inbound marketing performance, and coordinating cross-functional campaigns across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing external agencies, overseeing website and content strategies, and leveraging marketing automation and AI tools to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with executive leadership, sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's digital presence, drive lead generation, and contribute significantly to Buffalo Extraction Systems global expansion efforts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have between 6 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B industrial, technology, or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple agencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams is highly valued. Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail and disciplined execution, are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:
  • Manage external SEO agencies by reviewing and approving content, technical recommendations, and ensuring website visibility improvements.
  • Oversee website performance, coordinate updates, and plan new page additions aligned with product launches and SEO strategies.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage inbound leads, automate lead assignment, run nurturing campaigns, and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Search Console to identify traffic patterns, lead sources, and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with social media agencies and internal teams to develop and publish consistent, engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns, monitor ROI, and prepare performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness and cost-efficiency.

Marketing Management

  • Plan and oversee exhibition and expo activities, including research, booking, coordination, and pre-/post-event marketing efforts.
  • Manage creative assets, brochures, and technical literature by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop integrated marketing calendars that synchronize digital campaigns, exhibitions, and collateral rollouts, fostering collaboration across departments.

Marketing Operations

  • Handle vendor onboarding, payments, and ensure compliance with financial processes.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, analytics tools, automation platforms, and ad dashboards.
  • Prepare and present performance reports proactively, maintaining up-to-date marketing dashboards.
  • Maintain structured marketing documentation and contribute to the company's LOOP planning pages for streamlined operations.
