Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
KRA (Key Responsibility Areas):
Plan and run marketing campaigns – Manage both online (digital) and offline (field, print, events) marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Create and manage advertisements – Design and develop creative ad ideas, both digital and print, that grab attention and match the brand’s style.
Generate new marketing ideas – Think of fresh and innovative ways to increase brand reach and attract more customers.
Do market research – Study market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to plan better campaigns.
Work with other teams – Coordinate with the design, content, and sales teams to make sure all campaigns are well executed.
Meet deadlines and expectations – Complete all marketing activities on time and deliver results as per company goals.
Design knowledge – Should know basic digital ad designing (like using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
