Job Description

Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer specializing in Blue Yonder WMS you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our warehouse management systems. With your expertise you will drive efficiency and innovation in our supply chain operations. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service and streamline processes ensuring optimal performance in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions using Blue Yonder WMS to optimize warehouse operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system inefficiencies.
Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Blue Yonder WMS applications.
Ensure seamless integration of Blue Yonder WMS with other enterprise systems.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal functionality.
Design and execute test plans to validate system enhancements and modifications.
Document system processes and changes to ensure clear communication across teams.
Train and mentor junior developers on Blue Yonder WMS best practices and methodologies.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology solutions with business goals.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve supply chain processes.
Support the implementation of inbound and outbound processes within the WMS framework.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with operational needs.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Blue Yonder WMS including Dispatched and Discrete modules.
Demonstrate strong understanding of warehousing manufacturing and supply chain domains.
Exhibit proficiency in inbound and outbound processes within warehouse management.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and onsite tasks.
Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical implementations.
Have a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
