As a Senior Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing solutions that enhance asset and wealth management services. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and integrating BPMN workflows, deploying scalable applications, optimizing database performance, automating workflows, developing web services, writing clean code, testing applications, providing technical support, staying updated with industry trends, collaborating with stakeholders, documenting technical specifications, and mentoring junior developers. - Develop and implement robust software solutions using Java, JSON, and Rest API to enhance asset and wealth management services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate BPMN workflows that streamline business processes. - Utilize Cloud Provider Services to deploy scalable applications that meet business requirements. - Optimize database performance using Oracle/SQL and RDBMS technologies for efficient data management. - Implement IBM BAW solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Design and develop web services using SOAP and XML to ensure seamless data exchange. - Write clean and efficient code in Javascript to enhance user interfaces and improve user experience. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications to maintain system stability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. - Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Qualifications: - Possess strong technical skills in Cloud Basics Oracle/SQL, IBM BAW, Java, JSON, Rest API, BPMN, Javascript, XML, Web Services, and SOAP. - Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain to effectively address industry-specific challenges. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model. - Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions. - Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects within deadlines. - Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
