Position Summary: Responsible for Design of Fixtures / Gauges & Process design (QAP & Simulations) on Core2.0 for New Development and process improvement activities. 2. Principal Accountabilities 2.1. Design of Fixture, Gauges and Process Design (QAP & Simulation) Adherence on planning according to APQP plan. Daily review on Glass wall. Procurement of all Fixtures & Gauges and readiness for trial as per APQP. Focus on Shop floor improvement activities ( i.e Poke -Yoke) Run all fixtures on the shop floor during trial (NPD & Improvements) Fixture & Gauge life improvements & cost reduction 2.2. Documentation Control documents records. Maintaining drawing issue record, customer drawing record, ECN record. 2.3. Leadership Ensure proper flow of communication in the team, Coach and guide the team over quality tools and problem solving Provide training to the team and motivate them for improving productivity 3. Critical Challenges Zero failures on the shop floor due to Design
