Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification

Technical Skills
- Strong SQL proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience with Excel/statistical software.
- Additional skills are a plus Java, C/C++, Perl, Python, UNIX, Hadoop, R.
Analytical Skills Ability to lead projects independently, analyze loss trends, and create effective risk solutions.
Soft Skills Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, creative problem-solving, and a proactive attitude.
