Job Description: As an experienced candidate at Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers. Your primary role will involve providing technical support by diagnosing the issues faced by the customers and recommending suitable Annual Service plans and Software solutions. Your goal will be to effectively close sales and achieve the set targets. To excel in this role, you are required to have more than 1 year of experience in outbound tech processes and possess the ability to efficiently close calls. Adeeba e-Services offers a fixed salary credited to your account on the 1st of every month, along with lucrative incentives, 100% attendance incentives, and a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 yearly. Additionally, you will be entitled to paid leaves, including 24 paid leaves, birthday leave, and comp offs, with rotational offs. The shift timings for this position are in US/UK shifts.
