Description
As a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with expertise in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), your role will involve leading solution design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM implementations. You will drive client engagements, provide technical leadership, and ensure that Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions align with business objectives and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. - Develop and implement custom PCF controls to enhance user interface and improve business process efficiency. - Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional and technical needs. - Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, including data models, integrations, and user experiences. - Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development. - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and Power Automate flows. - Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs. - Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance for solution development. - Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and support of deployed solutions. - Provide post-implementation support, performance optimization, and roadmap guidance. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementation and customization. - Proven hands-on experience developing PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of PCF lifecycle (init, updateView, getOutputs, destroy). - Fluent in building reusable React-based PCF controls. - Expertise in Fluent UI and context APIs. - Experience in custom datasets and field controls. - Embedding PCF in both Canvas and Model-driven apps. - Managing component properties, events, and context. - Command-line packaging and deployment of PCF controls. - Proficiency in TypeScript & React. - TypeScript types/interfaces for PCF projects. - Writing modular, reusable UI components. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind. - Proficiency in C#/.NET for plugin and control development. - Strong understanding of Dataverse schema, security models, and data integration patterns. - Experience in Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (preferred). - Expertise in solution architecture, environment strategy, and ALM practices using Azure DevOps. - Excellent stakeholder communication, requirement analysis, and documentation skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to lead end-to-end project delivery. Preferred Skills: - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Developer Associate. - Experience with industry-specific CRM solutions (e.g., Manufacturing, BFSI, Professional Services). - Exposure to Dataverse APIs, Virtual Tables, Custom Connectors, and Azure Functions. - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and client-facing consulting environments.,
