Role Overview:

If you thrive in fast, founder-led environments, can brief and negotiate with creators, direct content to attract eyeballs, and run disciplined budget shoots, this role gives you full-stack ownership to ship, learn, and scale.

Strategy & Brand Marketing
  • Develop and execute a brand-led content marketing strategy that supports Sweet Dreams positioning, growth, and product roadmap.
  • Own the tone, voice, and visual identity across all content formats and platforms.
  • Plan integrated campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
User-Generated Content & Influencer Partnerships
  • Negotiate and brief creators across Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts for content-rich collaborations that feel native and convert.
  • Lead sponsored content campaigns and exclusive video partnerships with creators and media outlets; secure usage rights & whitelisting.
  • Track content performance and ROI with a sharp eye on retention, assisted conversions, footfall lift, and brand buzz.
  • Build a season/region/persona-based creator bench; coach juniors on sourcing and outreach.
Content Strategy & Execution
  • Own the content strategy for Social Media, performance ads, and retail campaignsevery moment yields assets.
  • Partner with editors/designers to shape channel-specific narratives (Reels hooks, YT chapters, PDP videos, in-store screens).
  • Prototype fast using AI tools (image/video generation, captioning, shot lists) with clear brand and ethics guardrails.
  • Maintain an inspiration library of competitor visuals and experimental formats; turn trends into tests, tests into playbooks.

Creative Direction & Photoshoot Leadership

  • Plan and lead campaign shoots from start to finish whether AI or studio
  • Work with founders, stylists, models, and merch teams to bring visual concepts to life
  • Work with the content team to arrange, attend, and lead social media shoots
  • Build visual decks, mood boards, and style guides for every new launch
  • Lead model selection, styling coordination, and studio/location bookings
  • Be the point person for translating product drops into campaign stories
Campaign Budgeting
  • Build event/campaign budgets across creators, venues, production, and media.
  • Allocate spends by goal (awareness vs. footfall vs. sales vs. engagement) and run structured experiments (geo splits, creative lift).
  • Publish post-campaign Budget vs. ROI reviewswhat worked, what scaled, what gets sunset.

Qualifications

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • 410 years in content/creator marketing for consumer brands (fashion/apparel or lifestyle preferred).
  • Are confident on camera and know how to connect through performance and voice.
  • Know how to make content that converts, not just entertains.
  • Are proficient in Canva and editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.
  • Understand what works on

    at least 2 of the 3

    : Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving environments where you're trusted with end-to-end ownership.
  • Demonstrated campaigns that moved commercial metrics (not just views)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative, standardized visual merchandising strategies across all regions to elevate brand identity and drive sales.
  • Create engaging window and in-store displays that reflect seasonal trends, brand aesthetics, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with category managers and retail operations to boost product category SPD (Sales Per Day) by 15%-30% through effective promotions and execution.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives to complement in-store campaigns, enhancing nationwide brand reach and engagement.
  • Lead and grow the e-commerce division as an alternative revenue channel, partnering with leading platforms to expand market presence.
  • Explore and establish new revenue channels to achieve aggressive business growth targets.
