Role & responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions that leverage D365 Sales capabilities.
- Configure and customize D365 Sales and Customer Insight applications to meet specific business needs.
- Create detailed documentation of the solution design and configuration.
- Provide on-site support (when required) and assistance throughout the delivery and go-live phases of the project.
- Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of D365 Sales and Customer Insights.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
- Ensure quality project delivery and manage project timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other consultants.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and team members.
- Occasionally participate in responding to RFPs and RFQs as needed.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Copilot for Sales & Customer Insight (AI) is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with custom built Copilots (AI) using Copilot Studio or Azure Foundry (Studio) is also an asset.
- Identify assignment conflicts or issues and communicate to engagement Partner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNPs services, businesses, and industry.
- Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events, including client and company-sponsored functions.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
- Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle, and high standard of team wellness.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related modules.
- Strong consulting skills with a focus on client engagement and solution alignment.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 Sales business application.
- Knowledge and understanding of Sales methodologies would be an asset.
- Strong understanding of data integration and migration processes.
- Proven ability to gather and document functional requirements and perform gap/fit analysis.
- Excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, problem-solving, and team participation.
- Experience in delivering software solutions and functional configuration.
- Participate in solution design decisions and create comprehensive solution documentation.
- Awareness of scope management and change control processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in delivering end-user training and creating training materials.
- Ability to present complex solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor Or Masters in Technology OR
- Bachelor Or Master of Computer Applications OR
- Masters in Business Administration
Certifications:
- MB-200: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Sales, Marketing, and Service Functional
- PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant is desirable
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience implementing CRM Model Apps in the private or public sector.
- Experience of at least 1 end-to-end Microsoft Sales and Customer Insight implementation.
- Deep knowledge in Software Product Development processes and design, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Co-Pilot and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
- Proven experience in complex integration of multiple systems.
