Job Description

As a Customer Service (CS) Professional at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in configuring CS & SD in ECC & S4. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong proficiency in CS & SD configurations in ECC & S4 - Excellent communication skills, adept at handling processes and project governance - Proficiency in interfaces and familiarity with CS aspects like repair flow and field service, capable of executing end-to-end service cycles - Handling configurations such as Catalogs, catalog profiles, priorities, status profile, DIP profiles, serial number profiles, tasks, activities, and object types - Familiarity with notification screen areas and screen structure tabs - Creating LSMW for all master data including Equipment / serial number / condition records / customer master - Managing equipment classifications / characteristics effectively - In-depth knowledge of data loads like Equipment Serial number and Warranty master / warranty management process enhancements - Understanding Work centers, costs, and settlement rules in service order - Handling configuration & issues in SD processes like Intercompany, Consignment, and Third-party sales - Designing sales outputs and output management in S4, proposing end-to-end configurations for Standard and repair sales cycles - Profound understanding of pricing procedure & Copy control setup - Familiarity with all customer master fields, mapping fields and structure relations for LSMW, and managing data loads like Pricing master, CMIR, and customer master At YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to shape your career path within an inclusive team environment.
