Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience in Business Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing business processes and driving operational efficiency. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and optimization of business operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with company objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues. Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business operations to ensure compliance with established standards. Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance business operations. Support the development and execution of business continuity plans. Ensure that all business operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management. Provide training and support to team members on operational processes and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business operations to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Possess a bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations with a proven track record of success. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in using business intelligence tools and software. Have experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate strong project management skills. Possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Have a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
