Job Summary We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience in Business Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing business processes and driving operational efficiency. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and optimization of business operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with company objectives. Qualifications Possess a bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations with a proven track record of success. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in using business intelligence tools and software. Have experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate strong project management skills.
