Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing strategic IT solutions and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with business goals
Oversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide expert advice on IT infrastructure and software development projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT environments and recommend improvements
Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT consulting
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and capabilities
Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and recommend optimizations
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT consulting
Contribute to the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Have extensive experience in IT consulting with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure software development and system integration
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
Be committed to continuous learning and professional development

Certifications Required

PMP ITIL or relevant IT consulting certifications
