Visit us at www.oreta.com.au LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/oreta/posts/?feedView=all Location: Chandigarh/Mohali (* DO NOT share your profile if NOT willing to relocate) Skills and Capabilities 10+ years' experience in an IT service industry Experience in configuring Azure Cloud Services Experience in migrating workloads to Azure Expertise with Windows server operating systems Experience with Linux operating systems Experience with Azure AD, Azure AD Domain Services, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD B2C/B2B, MFA, Federation Services, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP Experience with backup tooling: e.g. azure tools, Veeam, Cohesity, Hycu Experience with DR architectures in Azure Experience in scripting: Net and PowerShell skills and other orchestration, automation or scripting languages/tools. Terraform skills highly regarded. Understanding of information security principles Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely. Ability to ensure customer privacy regulations are understood and implemented. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) Working as part of the delivery team and responsible for: Working with the Project Managers, Architects, Sales and Customers to design scalable Azure cloud platforms Build, configure and test Azure cloud platforms and services Perform deployment cutovers of cloud platforms and oversea migration of workloads (after hours) Maintaining high customer satisfaction Knowledge sharing within the team Willingness and ability to assist with marketing requests on an ad hoc basis (e.g. blogs and LinkedIn posts) Supporting the managed services team for P1 escalations and responsible for: incident diagnosis & resolution, service request fulfillment, root cause analysis and change execution providing inputs for the creation of SOPs and process improvements • providing after- hours IT support for P1 escalations where Level 2 and 3 are unable to resolve to meet agreed SLAs Perks & Benefits Oreta takes pride in providing a service of excellence to our customers and looking after our employees who enable our business to succeed.
