Sr. Business Systems Analyst, CPQ

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) specializing in CPQ, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders at Elastic, the Search AI Company. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and maintain the business architecture and processes necessary to support our product and pricing strategies. By leveraging your expertise in the Salesforce CPQ platform, you will actively engage with business partners, end-users, and management teams to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and create requirements that drive scalability and operational efficiency. Your role will require a strategic mindset towards agile development, enabling you to craft technology roadmaps that align with current business needs while anticipating future growth opportunities. You will be instrumental in optimizing the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle through your adept understanding of Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities. Additionally, you will be involved in designing functional requirements, providing end-user support, and ensuring seamless integration of CPQ with other systems, such as NetSuite. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential, as you work closely with stakeholders from various departments including sales, operations, pricing, deal desk, and finance. Moreover, your expertise in software testing and quality assurance will be critical in ensuring the conformance of software solutions to specifications and business requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and Design with a focus on Salesforce solutions, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick). Your proficiency in CPQ functionality, coupled with your deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, will be key differentiators. Additionally, a bonus point would be awarded for your familiarity with CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes, cloud infrastructure space, and strong problem-solving skills.
