Sr. BIM Engineer - MEPF

As a Senior BIM Engineer at Leighton Asia, your role will involve leading and managing BIM/digital engineering tasks specifically on MEPF projects. This position requires full onsite presence and hands-on BIM execution, clash analysis, construction simulations, and strict adherence to BIM standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage 3D BIM models, CSD & ISD drawings, and construction documentation. - Perform MEPF clash detection, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO19650. - Mentor project teams, oversee BIM modelers, and conduct training sessions. - Provide support for tenders by preparing Pre-Contract BEPs, cost estimates, and deliverables.
