Sr Base24 Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the identification/development of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Defines customer needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours).

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzes client's business needs and requirements and provide various solution options to customer
• Design, build and/or maintain for ACI products using required tools.
• Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems
• Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices and/or operating systems
• Confer with development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, and help choose solutions
• Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure on time quality deliverable.
• Provide estimates for team based on Product supplied Business Requirements
• Active participation in mentoring junior staff while also growing abilities and domain knowledge with active participation with senior staff.
• Ability to highlight any impact/risk based on Bank payment echo system.
• Ability to address customer Functional and Nonfunctional requirement needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide immediate solution.
• Ability to provide impact analysis for the Mandates in accordance with Bank Payment eco system.
• Assists customer with implementation methods and efforts as necessary to ensure successful product adoption.
• Follow prescribed process and recommend process improvements if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any equivalent degree.
• 10 - 14 years relevant experience.
• BASE24 domain and development knowledge
  • ATM/POS
  • Interchange Interface
  • ISO8583
  • EMV/Contactless
• Excellent knowledge on BASE24 configuration and development skills.
• Working knowledge on Transaction Security Services (TSS)
• Knowledge on Fraud Application, Data replication tools
• Hand on experience on Simulators like VTS, MC, ATM emulators, RUPAY Simulators etc.
• Working experience on project Implementation in a bank or processor environment using BASE24 Knowledge of transaction
• Language - TAL
