Role Overview: As a software developer in the team, your role will involve understanding customer needs by collaborating with product managers and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and supporting large-scale and distributed software applications and tools in an agile, startup-like environment. Preparation of necessary documents like flowcharts and workflows to identify requirements and solutions, as well as inventing new solutions for customers will be part of your responsibilities. Building the entire back-end platform for a product portfolio and leading backend architecture implementation in an innovative environment will be key aspects of your role. Ownership of features across the life cycle, from inception to deployment in production, is essential. You will be expected to pick up new technologies and frameworks that best suit the product and user needs, while ensuring high standards of quality and maintainability for all deliverables using software engineering best practices.
