Job Description

We are seeking a talented mid-level DevOps engineer to join our team and lead the setup, integration, and automation of change management processes using BMC Helix and Azure DevOps. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring workflows, creating end-to-end automation pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration of ITSM practices into our development and deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Configure and set up BMC Helix for change management workflows aligned with ITIL/ITSM standards
Design and implement integrations between BMC Helix and Azure DevOps for automated change management processes
Develop automation pipelines to streamline change requests, approvals, and deployments
Collaborate with ITSM, development, and operations teams to align processes and tools
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and proper governance in the change management process
Troubleshoot and resolve integration/automation issues between BMC Helix, Azure DevOps, and other systems
Create documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing artifacts for processes and solutions implemented
Stay up-to-date on best practices in DevOps automation, ITSM tools, and cloud platform integrations
