Senior Cloud Technology Architect specializing

Responsibilities

• Engage with client architecture and business stakeholders to define solution requirements, cloud transformation strategies, and roadmap
• Conduct in-depth application and infrastructure assessments and define modernization and migration paths
• Own the full cloud lifecycle from discovery, design, and planning to build and go-live in individual contributor capacity
• Lead technical assessments and cloud architecture reviews, identifying risks, cost optimization, and performance improvements
• Serve as a strategic cloud advisor, participating in pre-sales discussions, RFPs, PoCs, and proposal creation for high-impact cloud programs
• Advocate and implement best practices in governance, security, automation, and multi-cloud cost control
• Drive architectural decisions across cross-functional domains: platform, data, integration, security, and resilience
• Keep up-to-date with GenAI, LLMs, and advanced cloud capabilities and their use cases in real-world enterprise solutions
• Act as a cloud thought leader internally and externally, contributing to knowledge sharing and architecture excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT with strong architectural depth in cloud platforms, infrastructure, and application design
• Proven hands-on experience across both AWS & Azure cloud ecosystems, including their architecture, services, security, governance, and deployment
• Cloud transformation experience involving AWS and Azure as primary platforms, including migration techniques like rehost, refactor, re-platform, and re-architect
• Expertise in modern Platform Engineering principles with tools like Terraform, Bicep, CDK, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps, understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, AIOps, and cost optimization
• Background in solutioning complex cloud-native architectures, including serverless, microservices, containers, and event-driven systems
• Competency in driving discussions, creating POCs, building reference architectures, and delivering solution artifacts independently
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and emerging cloud technologies with a capability to evaluate their enterprise applications
