Sr. Automation Engineer, Selenium Playwright

As a Senior QA Engineer at Conga, your role will involve designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will review system requirements, track quality assurance metrics, develop and run new tests, and report results to stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor juniors, collect daily updates, and circulate them to managers and higher forums, making your role crucial within the system. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement tests - Debug and define corrective actions - Review system requirements - Track quality assurance metrics - Develop and run new tests - Report results to stakeholders - Mentor junior colleagues Qualifications Required: - Proven success in testing (Automation and Manual) - At least 5 years of experience in test case planning, assessments, script development, and maintenance - Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks - Strong expertise with Selenium web driver, Playwright Automation, Java, Rest Assured, and test management software such as qTest, JIRA, Jmeter, Load Runner - Experience in AI technology, including Large Language model, machine learning, AI Git knowledge, and attorney use cases for various documents - Proficiency in Agile methodology and collaborative cross-functional approach - Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent In addition to the technical qualifications, having strong testing skills, logical thinking, initiative, and awareness of the company's vision and goals will give you an edge in this role.
