Experience: 5-10 Years We are seeking a talented individual with proven expertise in Python and Robot Framework/Pytest , along with specialized experience in either cloud testing, web/webservice automation, or L2/L3 protocol testing. Key Responsibilities: Automation Development (Core): Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks and scripts primarily using Python with Robot Framework or Pytest . Build scalable and maintainable automation solutions for various testing needs. Specialized Automation (One or More):Cloud Test Automation: Develop and execute automated tests for cloud environments, specifically with AWS . Web/Webservice Automation: Implement automation for web applications and webservices using tools like Playwright, SoapUI, Watir, QTP (Unified Functional Testing), or JMeter . L2/L3 Protocol Testing: Develop automation for testing network protocols such as DHCP, PPPoE, GPON, TR69, Netconf, and WiFi . Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex issues within automation scripts and the systems under test. Contribute to the root cause analysis of defects. Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline and enhance overall product quality. Required Skills & Experience: Total Experience: 5-10 Years in Automation Development/Engineering. Mandatory Core Skills: Strong proficiency in Python . Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or Pytest for test automation. Mandatory Specialized Skills (One or more from): Cloud Test (AWS). Web/Webservice automation (Playwright, SoapUI, Watir, QTP, JMeter). L2/L3 protocol testing (DHCP, PPPoE, GPON, TR69, Netconf, WiFi). Added Advantage / Desired Skills: Experience with Spirent TestCenter (STC) or Ixia Network for network performance testing. Knowledge of virtualization technologies like KVM, Docker, or Kubernetes (K8s) . Experience in Android/iOS application development or automation . Strong understanding and experience with regression testing methodologies.
