Job Description

You will be joining Xerox Holdings Corporation as an Associate - QA Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of software applications to meet the needs of today's global, distributed workforce. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Solution Architects/Project Stakeholders/QA Lead to understand project requirements from BRDs and Acceptance criteria defined in User stories. - Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Joint System Integration Testing (JSIT) with UAT and customer teams. - Executing test cases, documenting test results, and defects in a timely and efficient manner in Azure DevOps. - Performing functional and regression testing to ensure the quality and stability of software applications. - Providing assistance on testing the UAT and PROD defect fixes. - Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects and issues. - Working on automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve test efficiency on both Desktop/Web Applications. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and methodologies. - Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices in QA and Agile methodologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on System Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT). - Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile environments. - Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems. - Experience in Web test automation tools such as Java - Selenium, Playwright (JavaScript). - Experience in Desktop Automation or RPA based tools like Power Automate, UI Path, etc., - Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.,
